We are currently seeking exceptional individuals to fill three vital roles in our South East London studio.

  • CAD Operator (Archicad):

    • As a CAD Operator, you will play a crucial role in our design process. Working closely with our project architects, you will use Archicad software to model existing houses from survey drawings, create presentation drawings, planing applications, and tender packages. Your creative input will help bring our designs to life, delivering inspiring and innovative solutions to our clients.

  • Client-Facing Project Coordinator:

    • As a Client-Facing Project Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, overseeing all non-architectural aspects of our projects. Your exceptional communication skills and organizational abilities will shine as you handle initial inquiries, create fee quotes and proposals, coordinate meetings, and ensure clients are updated throughout the project. Your role will be integral in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Graphic Designer and Illustrator with Interest in Architecture and Interior Design:

    • As a Graphic Designer and Illustrator, your artistic talents will shine as you collaborate with architects to create visually stunning concept book presentations, hand-drawn plan sketches, and interior design look and feel documents. Your keen eye for design aesthetics, coupled with your interest in architecture and interior design, will contribute to the overall success and impact of our projects. Additionally, you will assist in creating mood boards and coordinate material samples, ensuring every detail is carefully considered.

Role Requirements:

  • CAD Operator (Archicad):

      • Proficiency in Archicad software

      • Strong knowledge of architectural drafting principles and techniques

      • Experience in modeling existing structures from survey drawings

      • Ability to create accurate and detailed presentation drawings, planning applications, and tender packages

      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

      • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines

      • Passion for creating creative and innovative designs

      • Previous experience in the private residential sector is a plus

  • Client-Facing Project Coordinator:

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities

      • Experience in preparing fee quotes and proposals for architectural projects

      • Ability to coordinate meetings and manage project schedules

      • Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

      • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client concerns

      • Proficiency in project management software and tools

      • Previous experience in a similar client-facing role is preferred

      • Marketing and social media experience would be a benefit

  • Graphic Designer and Illustrator with Interest in Architecture and Interior Design:

      • Strong graphic design and illustration skills

      • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

      • Experience in creating concept book presentations and hand-drawn plan sketches

      • Knowledge of interior design principles, color theory, and material selection

      • Ability to create compelling mood boards

      • Strong organizational and time management skills

      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

      • A strong interest in architecture and interior design

      • A portfolio or samples of previous work demonstrating graphic design and illustration skills.


The application process will follow these steps:

  • Successful candidates will be sent a Video Ask link where we will ask you specific questions that you can respond to verbally by video.

  • A shortlist of candidates will be invited to have an initial interview by video call where you will present your portfolio or any relevant material.

Final interviews will be in person in our studio in SE4.
